My father had a fall in my flat, and left more than a pint of blood on a cream carpet. Halwan Cleaning and there team have been really persistent in their quest to try to get rid of it. Although they have been ultimately unsuccessful, that was not due a lack of effort and care, and they have refused to charge me for more than one steam clean. It was well worth the try, and if it could have possibly been removed, I'm sure they would have done so.

A good team who are reliable and trustworthy. The Halwan team did a great job. they kept in touch with me throughout, from an initial house call to checking I was happy with the work. The guys, who were friendly and professional, worked around times that suited me and were fast and thorough in getting the job done. I will be calling them again in the future.

Halwan Cleaning and colleague were on time and careful with my carpets and with their machines as they made their way up and down the stairs etc. The flat has been rented out so there were a couple of stains that will never come out but, overall, the carpets are much improved. They worked hard to complete the job quickly but were careful to make sure all areas were thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.
